For the most part, yes. While some hearings are being pushed back, generally courts are allowing urgent proceedings to take place. More, generally, the courts are allowing remote appearances. In the right circumstances, we will allow for remote appearance to ensure a case does not sit on court backlog. If, and when, we can, we almost always will first seek in-person proceedings. And only if that is not available, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we will accept a remote appearance.
